Executive Management Team

G&G Property Development LLC was founded in 2011, and is owned and operated by Trenton Gaskins and Nicolas Gustafson, land planning and real estate professionals.  The team has over 25 years of domestic and international development experience, having worked on a range of projects, of varying scale and complexity.

As CEO, Trenton Gaskins is responsible for all activities related to development, including due diligence on all new construction and acquisition projects, finance and feasibility, consultant procurement and oversight, property management and construction supervision, sales and leasing management, and handover / delivery.

Prior to his association with G&G, Trenton worked in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) at international development companies including Nakheel, Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), and Aldar on some of the worlds most iconic projects.   Trenton started his development career working as a developer for a local Florida apartment company "The Altman Companies".

Trenton has a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University and is also a licensed real estate salesman in the State of Florida.

Nicolas Gustafson

Chief operating officer

Nick is the brainchild behind G&G, responsible for defining the company's strategic vision, identifying potential investment opportunities and overseeing the day-to-day management of personnel, to ensure that the integrity of the company vision is not compromised.  

Nick's professional experience extends to land development, urban design and master planning.  

Nick holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a certification in Real Estate Development from New York University.
